What to Expect on the Day

All of our consultations are one-on-one appointments with our store manager. The moment you walk through our door, the first thing you'll notice is the peaceful and relaxing ambience — the soothing music and beautiful scent. Our store manager will greet you warmly, and anybody else who is accompanying you. You are about to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

We begin by learning about any aches, pains, and health conditions that might be afflicting you, and any other reasons you may want a massage chair. We need to figure out which features are most important to you, as there are many different types of chairs and every choice results in tradeoffs. Your height and body makeup will also be taken into consideration, as well as your budget. Finally, we'll take you around to sit in the chairs that we know are most perfect for you.

We'll leave you to enjoy each chair in private, so you can really focus on how each one feels. And when you're ready, we'll discuss prices and take it from there.

Your Questions Answered

Q: "How long will the consultation last?"

Plan on spending at least an hour, possibly two hours if you are new to massage chairs. Although you are welcome to spend as much time as you like.

Q: "I already know what chair I want. Can I just try that one?"

Yes! If we have in our showroom the specific chair you want to try, then you are very welcome to come along and try it. But be warned: you're going to want to try some of the other chairs once you see them, because you're going to be fascinated by the different options and features.

Q: "Will I be pressured into buying a massage chair on the day?"

No, absolutely not. In fact, a lot of our customers like to go away, talk about some of the chairs they tried, and then make their decision a few days later. Our only job is to help you be in a position where you can make that decision with confidence, whether that decision is today, in a few days, or the following week.

Many of our customers do choose to purchase their massage chair on the day, especially when they learn about our guarantee, price-match policy, and finance options — and when they see our new customer welcome package. However, some of our customers also decide they need more time to consider their options.
